Texas license #My JourneyI’m passionate about helping women, couples, individuals, and older teens find hope, healing, and a stronger connection in their relationships. As a military and firefighter spouse and a mother, I’ve personally navigated deployments, family stress, life transitions, and loss.
Before entering private practice, I gained valuable clinical experience in acute mental healthcare, along with a background in higher education. I now work as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Magnolia, Texas. I offer a warm, supportive space to help clients work through grief and loss, improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate other relational challenges. Faith-based support is available for those who want it.

Services
Women’s Issues
Women are strong and resilient, but the pressure to excel at work, be a great wife, and the perfect mom can become overwhelming. Between career demands, relationships, and family life, it’s easy to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together.
Grief and Loss
Grief can hit unexpectedly and leave you feeling stuck in a hole that’s hard to climb out of. It’s rarely linear — it ebbs and flows, sometimes circling back when you least expect it. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, a relationship, your health, or a career that gave you identity and purpose, the pain is real.
Couples
Relationships can become chaotic and painful, but they can also grow into something stronger and more rewarding. Many couples reach a point where communication struggles, parenting differences, unresolved conflicts, or broken trust make everyday life difficult.
Older Teens
Being a teen is hard — and parenting one can be just as challenging.Teens often struggle with identity, anxiety, depression, and social pressures while learning responsibility and confidence. I work with teens (14+) and their parents to improve communication, reduce conflict, and navigate independence in healthy ways.
Individual
Counseling supports relief from stress, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions — while fostering meaningful personal growth. With a focus on insight and understanding, you can build greater self-awareness and create positive, lasting change.
Grief and Loss
Trauma can have a lasting impact long after difficult experiences have passed. It often affects how we think, feel, sleep, and connect with others — sometimes in ways we don’t fully recognize. Whether the trauma stems from a single event, prolonged stress, childhood experiences, or loss, the effects can feel heavy and isolating.
